      1. Mechanical Structure

      Scissor Arms: Fabricated from high-strength manganese steel rectangular tubing, the arms are connected by precision-machined pivot pins and equipped with self-lubricating bushings for smooth articulation and long service life.

      2. Hydraulic System

      The hydraulic system consists of a motor-driven pump unit, hydraulic cylinders, control valves, and high-pressure hoses.

      The electric motor drives a gear pump to pressurize hydraulic fluid, which is directed through a manifold with solenoid or manual control valves to extend or retract the cylinder(s).

      An integrated overload protection valve prevents lifting beyond rated capacity, while a velocity fuse or anti-burst valve automatically locks the cylinder in case of hose failure.

      A manual descent valve provides emergency lowering during power outages or system malfunctions.

      3. Electrical System

      The electrical system includes the control panel, limit switches, and safety interlocks.

      Control voltage is maintained at a safe low level (typically 24V DC) to protect operators.

      Upper and lower travel limit switches automatically stop movement at maximum height and fully lowered positions, preventing mechanical over-travel.

      Dual control stations (ground and platform) are available, allowing convenient operation from either location.
