Powered by an electro-hydraulic system, this lift table combines high load capacity, exceptional stability, and precise positioning. Unlike mobile lifting equipment, the fixed configuration ensures long-term reliability and safety in high-frequency, repetitive lifting operations.       The fixed hydraulic lift table consists of three core systems:

      1. Mechanical Structure

      The mechanical structure includes the base frame, scissor legs, and top platform.

      Scissor Mechanism: Constructed from high-strength, heavy-duty steel rectangular tubes, the scissor legs are designed with oversized hinge pins and reinforced joints to withstand eccentric loads and repeated lifting cycles.

      Base Frame & Platform: Both the base and platform are fabricated from structural steel, with the platform surface typically finished with non-slip checkered plate. Options include roller decks, ball transfer tables, or turntable tops for material handling integration.

      Mounting: Units can be flush-mounted into a pit for ground-level access or surface-mounted with ramps for fork truck loading.

      2. Hydraulic System

      The hydraulic system is composed of a motor-driven pump station, one or more hydraulic cylinders, and a control valve manifold.

      The pump station is typically mounted separately from the lift table for easy maintenance and noise reduction.

      Multiple cylinders are synchronized using precision flow dividers to ensure even lifting, especially on larger platforms.

      Integrated overload protection prevents operation beyond rated capacity, while a counterbalance valve provides controlled lowering and load-holding in case of pressure loss.

      3. Electrical System

      The electrical system includes the main control panel, operator pendants or push-button stations, limit switches, and safety interlocks.

      Control voltage operates at a safe low voltage (≤24V). Controls can be mounted on the unit, wall-mounted, or provided as a remote pendant.

      Upper and lower travel limits automatically stop the platform at predetermined heights, protecting both the equipment and surrounding structures.

      Emergency stop buttons are provided on all control stations for immediate shutdown.

      Hydraulic Safety Valve: Prevents uncontrolled descent in the event of hose failure.

      Overload Protection: Prevents operation when load exceeds rated capacity.

      Foot Protection (Optional): Bellows or accordion covers prevent foreign objects from entering the scissor mechanism.

      Low Maintenance: Grease fittings are strategically placed on pivot points, and the modular hydraulic system simplifies troubleshooting and component replacement.
