      The fixed scissor lift table consists of three main systems:

      1. Mechanical Structure

      The mechanical structure includes the base frame, scissor arms, platform deck, and safety components.

      Scissor Arms: Fabricated from high-strength manganese steel rectangular tubing, the scissor arms are hinged to form a stable support mechanism. Multiple scissor configurations (single, double, or triple) are available depending on lift height and capacity requirements.

      Base Frame and Platform: The base frame is designed for floor mounting with pre-drilled anchor points. The platform deck features a non-slip checkered plate surface with optional tilting, roller, or ball transfer configurations for material handling integration.

      Safety Guards: Removable or hinged guardrails, safety gates, and toe guards can be added to prevent accidental falls during loading and unloading.

      2. Hydraulic System

      The hydraulic system consists of an electric hydraulic pump unit, one or more lift cylinders, control valves, and high-pressure hoses.

      The pump unit is typically mounted directly on the base frame or remotely connected via hoses. A motor drives the pump to deliver pressurized oil to the cylinder(s), extending the scissor mechanism and raising the platform.

      A hydraulic manifold integrates key components such as a pressure relief valve, flow control valve, and solenoid directional valve to regulate lifting speed and pressure.

      An anti-burst valve is installed at each cylinder port to prevent uncontrolled descent in case of hose failure.

      3. Electrical System

      The electrical system includes the control box, operator controls, limit switches, and safety interlocks.

      Control voltage is maintained at a safe low voltage (≤24V). Operation can be controlled via push-button stations mounted on the platform, at floor level, or integrated into automated production lines.

      Upper and lower limit switches automatically stop the platform at designated heights, preventing over-travel and ensuring repeatable positioning.

      Precise Positioning: Optional proximity sensors, position encoders, or mechanical stops enable accurate height positioning for docking with conveyor lines, workstations, or automated equipment.

      Smooth and Stable Operation: The hydraulic system provides infinitely variable speed control and smooth acceleration/deceleration, minimizing vibration and ensuring safe handling of sensitive materials.

      Enhanced Safety Features:

      Hydraulic Burst Valves: Prevent platform descent in the event of hydraulic line failure.

      Overload Protection: The system will not lift if the load exceeds rated capacity.

      Emergency Lowering Valve: Allows manual descent during power outages or system faults.

      Pinch Point Guards: Optional accordion covers or safety skirts protect personnel from moving scissor arms.

      Durability: Heavy-duty construction with wear-resistant bushings, hardened pins, and corrosion-resistant coatings ensure long service life under demanding operating conditions.

      Customization: Options include stainless steel construction for food/pharmaceutical applications, explosion-proof electrical components for hazardous environments, and specialized platform tops (tilting, rotating, roller decks, turntables) to meet specific workflow requirements.
