The electric hydraulic platform is a lifting device powered by an electric motor driving a hydraulic system. It is widely used in industrial manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, construction, and commercial maintenance. Depending on the structural configuration, it can be divided into scissor lift, mobile, stationary, guide rail, and other types, meeting various requirements such as cargo lifting, workstation docking, and aerial work.

This series of platforms adopts an electro-hydraulic drive method, offering smooth lifting, high load capacity, easy operation, and low maintenance costs. Compared with purely mechanical or pneumatic lifting equipment, the electric hydraulic platform excels in start/stop smoothness, load-holding capability, and safety, making it an ideal choice for modern material handling and aerial work applications.

    • Electric Hydraulic Platform System Composition

      The electric hydraulic platform mainly consists of the following three systems:

      1. Mechanical Structure

      The mechanical structure includes the base, lifting mechanism, work platform, and safety guards.

      Scissor Structure: Made of high-strength manganese steel rectangular tubes welded into scissor arms, forming a stable diamond support system that provides a large lifting stroke with a small footprint.

      Mobile / Stationary Forms: Mobile units are equipped with heavy-duty casters and outriggers for easy relocation; stationary units are fixed with anchor bolts, suitable for long-term use at a single location.

      Platform and Guardrails: The platform surface is covered with non-slip checkered plate. Foldable or fixed guardrails are installed around the platform, and the entrance is fitted with safety chains or gates to ensure the safety of personnel and materials.

      2. Hydraulic System

      The hydraulic system consists of an electric hydraulic pump station, hydraulic cylinders, control valve groups, and high-pressure hoses.

      The electric motor drives a gear pump to generate high-pressure hydraulic oil, which is directed through solenoid directional valves or manual directional valves to extend or retract the cylinders, achieving smooth lifting and lowering.

      The system is equipped with anti-burst valves, throttle valves, and overload protection devices to prevent sudden descent in the event of hose failure and to regulate lowering speed according to load conditions.

      3. Electrical System

      The electrical system includes the control box, operation panel, limit switches, and safety interlocks.

      The control voltage adopts a safe low voltage (typically ≤24V). Operation can be momentary or self-latching, with dual controls available on the ground and on the platform to facilitate single-person operation.

      High-precision limit switches are installed at the upper and lower travel limits, automatically cutting off the lifting circuit when the desired height is reached to prevent over-travel.

      Hydraulic Burst Valve: In the event of an accidental hydraulic hose rupture, the valve automatically locks the cylinder to prevent platform descent.

      Overload Protection: An integrated relief valve in the hydraulic system prevents lifting when the platform is overloaded, protecting both equipment and personnel.

      Emergency Lowering Valve: In case of power failure or malfunction, the platform can be safely lowered by manually operating the release valve.

      Easy Operation and Maintenance: The control interface is simple and intuitive. The pump station uses cartridge valves, and key components are modularized, allowing maintenance and repairs without complete disassembly, significantly reducing downtime.

      Strong Adaptability: Optional features such as stainless steel construction, explosion-proof electrical configurations, roller decks, or rotating platforms are available to meet special requirements in clean rooms, chemical explosion-proof areas, or assembly line integration.
